Functions of the Planning and Development Office

• Lead the planning and projection of the Faculty by coordinating, updating, monitoring and implementing the Strategic Direction of the Faculty and its articulation with the Strategic Development Plan of the University.
  
  
• Guide and structure plans, programs and projects in accordance with strategic priorities, and manage the Faculty's Investment Projects Bank.
  
  
• To control, collect, systematize, and analyze information for the planning and management of the Faculty.
  
  
• Accompany, follow up and articulate the administrative, academic and laboratory quality processes of the Faculty, in accordance with the Institutional Model of Integrated Quality Management of the Universidad del Valle - MIGICUV.
  
  
• Coordinate the updating of risk matrices and action plans for the treatment of risks of the Faculty, in articulation with the processes established by the Strategy and Risk Management area of the University.
  
  
• Provide support and advice to the Dean's Office, the Physical Plant Committee and the Academic Units of the Faculty in the different processes related to the infrastructure and maintenance of the physical plant of the Faculty, articulating its processes with the University Infrastructure Directorate and the Physical and Territorial Planning Section.
  
  
• Coordinate and accompany the periodic updating of the Faculty's Physical Development Plan.
  
  
• Coordinate with the Academic Departments, Units and Programs of the Faculty the management of Petitions, Complaints, Claims, Suggestions and Denunciations - PCCSD.
