Organizational Office of the Faculty of Engineering

The Dean's Office of the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad del Valle supports the administrative processes of the Dean by orienting the Academic Units of the Faculty and the administrative offices attached to Engineering.

Services of the Dean's Office

The Dean's Office has its own organizational unit in the Faculty of Engineering of Univalle. In this office, the Dean's Office provides constant support to any activity that arises from the University Community of Cali and the campuses throughout the Valle del Cauca region (Tuluá, Zarzal, Cartago, Palmira, Santander de Quilichao, Buenaventura, Buga and Caicedonia).

Services for administrative personnel:

• Reserving the “Valle del Cauca” auditorium. 
• Citations and procedures of the Faculty Council.
• Support for the Dean in the annual management report.
• Processing appointments of undergraduate and graduate directors.
• Control of appointments that are about to expire.
• Assistance in the processing of PQR.

• Enter data in the SIRE platform for visiting professors.
• Support for the processing of open calls for applications and / or linking of visiting professors, ad honorem and teaching hours.
