Administrative Coordination Services

Within the mission, vision and objectives of the Administrative Coordination of the School of Engineering, the purpose is to support the different audiences (students, officials, teachers, companies, etc.) in financial activities such as the following:
 

Services for students:

  • Monitorias
  • Teaching assistance.
  • Delivery of financial support payments.
     

Services for administrative personnel::

  • Vacation and reinstatement procedures.
  • Support in the management of corporate contracts.
  • Support in the process of purchases and payments.
     

Services for external audiences:

  • Publication of contracting documents to control entities.
  • Payment to suppliers.
  • Clarification of doubts.
     

Services for alumni:

  • Collection and rendering of accounts for donations.

Services for teachers:

  • Per diem payments.
  • Processing of bonuses, vacations, reimbursements and payroll news.
  • Information on the execution of Investment and Extension projects.
