For the issuance of the Diploma, Universidad del Valle only takes into account the information contained in the holder's identity document regarding accents or special characters. The duplicate will be delivered twenty working days after receipt of the request, if the required documents were received in full. The duplicate that is not claimed during the six months following the processing of the application will be annulled and therefore the graduate will have to repeat the application and pay again the cost of the duplicate diploma. The issuance of a duplicate diploma implies the cancellation of the previous diploma.
