Academic Coordination of the Academic Vice-Dean's Office
Its actions are aimed at constantly synchronizing and harmonizing the function of the Academic Programs, the activities, the means and the work of the teachers, all oriented to the achievement of the degree objectives of our students in the academic programs.
The work methodology is that of a Democratic and Spontaneous Coordination, which is carried out at the request of those responsible for the processes and is organized freely according to their needs within the institutional regulatory framework.
Its fundamental task is divided into:
- Coordinate with the Academic Units and Programs the management of academic-administrative procedures involving students and teachers of the Faculty, including: the management of academic-administrative activities of the academic calendar; the consolidation of academic programming; document management; the study and processing of leaves of absence, academic incentives to teachers, incentives, distinctions and exemptions to students; and management of academic PQRSD.
- Manage internship camps for psycho-emotional and academic support to students.
- Promote the training of Program Directors and Secretaries in academic-administrative processes.
- Articulate the academic processes of the Faculty with the regulations and processes of the Division of Admissions and Academic Records of the University.
