The updating of the Strategic Direction of the Faculty began in December 2020. The following activities were carried out:

• December 23 - 2020: Resolution N°107 of the Superior Council - Programmatic Plan 2021-2024.
• January 12 - 2021: Presentation to the Faculty Council of the Methodological Proposal for the DE-FI 2021-2025. 
• January 12 - 2021: Submission for review and update of the 2018-2020 Projects matrix by Academic Unit.
• February 02 and 16 - 2021: Presentation to the Faculty Council of the update of the SWOT matrix by strategic axes and working groups.
• April 27 - 2021: Presentation by OPDI to the Faculty Council on the process of updating the Strategic Direction of the Faculties.
• June 15 - 2021: Presentation to the Faculty Council of the proposed Strategic Initiatives by working groups.
• September 21 - 2021: Presentation to the Faculty Council of the Strategic Initiatives and Projects 2021-2025.
• December 2021: Submission to the Office of Planning and Institutional Development (OPDI) of the Strategic Direction Update document 2021-2025 of the School of Engineering and its projects.
