Magazine Review

Ingeniería y Competitividad is the scientific and technological journal of the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad del Valle. Its objective is to disseminate advances in engineering science. The first edition of the journal was published in 1997 and since then it has published without interruption more than 500 articles with more than 1000 citations. It receives contributions from all branches of engineering and related sciences, and also receives original articles from applied sciences describing new and significant developments that are applicable to the solution of engineering problems. The journal is endorsed by several national and international databases and indexes such as Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet, Web of Science, Ebsco, among others.
